We are open Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
Can I drop off my vehicle outside of normal business hours?
Absolutely! We offer secure after-hours drop-off and pickup options. Overnight drop-offs are available in the rear parking area, with a secure key drop box located on the side of the building. For after-hours pickup, we’ll provide you with a code to access your keys.
How long does a detailing service take?
Service time varies based on vehicle size and condition. Most interior details take anywhere from 3-6 hours, interior and exterior between 5-7 hours. Vehicles with heavy contamination or special conditions may require additional time.
Why is pricing listed as “starting at”?
Starting prices reflect vehicles in average condition. Final pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and the level of work required to achieve proper results.
Do you need to see the vehicle before confirming pricing?
While they are always helpful, they are not required under most normal circumstances.
Can all stains, odors, or pet hair be removed?
While we achieve significant improvement in most cases, not all stains, odors, or pet hair can be completely eliminated. Results depend on material type, severity, and how long the issue has been present.
Will you perform additional services without asking?
No. If we identify any trouble areas or recommend additional services, we will contact you first and allow you to decide how to proceed. You will never be charged for work you did not approve.
What’s the difference between exterior detailing and ceramic coating?
Exterior detailing includes cleaning and short-term protection using a ceramic sealant. Ceramic coatings provide long-term protection and require additional preparation. Coating services are quoted separately, you can learn more about ceramic coatings here.
Do you offer maintenance or repeat services?
Yes. Maintenance detailing options are available for returning vehicles that have been properly maintained. Ask us for recommendations based on your vehicle and usage.
